I wonder what your game "CHOROGAIDEN" means in Japanese. I think "Gaiden" means "sub episode", but what does "CHORO" mean?

The Map describes the Mansion as"マンション", but "

マンション" in Japanese means a large condominium or an apartment block. 

I recommend "屋敷"(yashiki: large villa for landowner) or "

館"(yakata: great house for rich family) for it.
